I did not go to Madurai, but my parents did recently and they took this cab service. So it is basically the review of my parents. They are very happy with the service. The agency helped them tour Madurai, Rameswaram and Kodaikanal.

In their words: "Great service by the team to us. The driver knew Hindi satisfactorily, so we, as non English speaking people were comfortable during the trip. The nature of driver and manager is also good."

I basically helped my parents book this service. I did payments directly to the agency manager online and coordinated the trip with him. They charged nothing extra above the quotation amount. The rates are also reasonable. I have noticed some tour agencies in Madurai charging higher and that too, excluding GST. But this cab service's charges are lower and include everything including GST. The nature of the manager was very polite whenever I talked to him. The pre-booking amount before arrival to Madurai was only Rs.500. Rest of the payment was done in parts after the driver picked my parents up from the Madurai airport.

It is the honesty and polite nature of the staff which impressed us the most.
