We took a car from Hemu car rentals and had worst after service experience. Till giving the deposit and receiving the car we had customer friendly experience but tables turned when we gave the car back and asked for security deposit back. The car was not picked up in the given time slot. We drove the car for 215km / 300 km (allocated) After receiving the car the agent added the distance he travelled and to get to our college location and back to service centre. We have paid 1400 Rs for pickup and drop service but agent claimed this was the labour expense incurred for picking and dropping vehicle. Agent claimed this charges were mentioned in agreement which was given to us a minute prior to beginning of our journey. The diesel and toll charges were also added for the distance the agent travelled and the remaining amount was given back 7 hrs after receiving the car. After service attitude was not good and the agent claims he has “enough customer” so one bad service doesn’t matter.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH LOCAL AGENTS

The worst car rental service I have ever experienced. The owner delivered the car late without cleaning. Also I had to shell extra Rs 300 to police since it was a private car which was not adjusted while returning the deposit. The service was very poor. The car was in bad shape as well.

This guy is a big fraud, Hemu cars is a well advertised scam. He will speak to you with utmost respect before you give him the advance, but after that, he will show his true colors, he delayed my car delivery for many days and kept lying, i had to constantly write to him till i received a car, at the end when i gave the car back, he promised to give the deposit back, but as days past, he asked for more excuses to refund the deposit and finally after some months he said deposit advance will not be given. When i asked him about this, he said he cannot give it back do what ever you want, i registered a police complaint after that, and its still in progress.Though our justice system is slow, definitely i am sure, one day this guy will be put behind bars.
Please dont lose your hard earned money to people like him, who are extremely good at acting and manipulating you and get your money. There are many good self drive cars available, please make use of their services.

Hemu Cars came for rescue after Revv downgraded my booking for a 7 seater to 5 seaters 24 hours before my travel plan.Hemu cars were able to confirm the vehicle. Mr. Vinod from Hemu Cars was very supportive in clarifying all doubts and even supported during the trip when there was an issue with the car (resolved with local mechanic). Would surely leverage them in future

Overall its a good service, very polite and responsive as this was my first rental service I approached. Also came across with Zoom car but hardly we can see a single good review. I found Hemu car was far better and booked Maruti Ignis for 1.5 days. The charge seems fair enough and also the vehicle was in good condition. I suggest to focus on cleaning the outer body too as I washed before starting the trip. I really liked their service and hope to revisit for my next occasion. I recommend #Hemu car as the best service compared to other self drive services.
