A good choice for self driven cars in pondy!

Couldn’t connect with them when I called initially, but they were polite enough to call back on my number and ask for the requirement.
Car was made available very soon at a reasonable price including discount on early return.
Process was hassle free and the owners are very friendly.
I got XUV300 in a good running condition. Didn’t face any issues during the 2 day drive.
On returning the car, they were kind enough in dropping us to bus stand at a nominal price.
Overall a good experience on our 2 day self drive.

We booked Tata Nexon for self drive for 3 days. They providing top end models to customer. They Providing Sanitiser, Car Freshener.
Your Service level is Good. I give rating 5 out of 5.

Vehicles are in good condition, reasonable price. MD & their staff are behaving in friendly manner. Recommending all, those who are going for self drive cars, please try U Drive car rental once.

2). Car cleanliness is poor
3). Wiper was bad, no wash fluid in tank
4) tank fuel was too low
5). Staff nod available at office , so always make call in advance
6). Generally all car rentals service is very poor at Pondicherry
7). Spare tyre was punctured or no air inside
8). Back tires was flat without any tread
9). Next time shall use same agent if no better service available

Well recommended, no safety on roads for 2 Wheelers(pathetic driving of local people) and weather of pondi is very humid so AC is a must.

Pros- very propmt service, no extra hidden charges apart from caution deposit.

Cons- no drop n pickup service at requested places. Car is not cleaned properly full of dust.

We had a really nice experience taking the cab from U Drive. Even though due to some conditions they were not able to give the originally booked car initially they gave us the alternative cars for our convenience.
Also we were able to drop the car at our preferred location which was an add on too.
