Totally staff are good

They took one hour to take my car for servicing inspite of the fact there were only one more car ahead of me. There were no one to attend to the cars from 0930hrs till 1020hrs. Although, they claim they staff increases from 0930hrs. People were coming at their own leisurely pace till 1000hrs. Seems poor discipline at the workplace.

Staff behaviour was very good, staff is very cooperative, specially sales person Mr. Anant Gupta is very hardworking and knowledgeable. He is the best hardworking sales person in my knowledge in all other branches also of Shakumbhari Automobiles.

You'll get a really nice and humble atmosphere. The staff is very cooperative. Fully satisfied, highly recommended!

We had great experience with This Showroom and even we live in Rajasthan we have baught two cars from here due to their good and friendly Dealing.Suraj Mishra ji was the one who was coordinating with us to buy car and getting our older car exchange on true value and picking it up from Rajasthan itself. Overall We are happy and recommend others also to atleast check the offers here even if they are living outside Uttrakhand.
