Nice service very very good

Before sales service, after sales service is very nice and staff is very polite. Overall I am satisfied by tata products and services.

A small Sale cum Service centre of Tata motors in Haridwar city, not capable of handling typical problems of cars like Nexon top old variants ... Only one mechanic for a district service centre which is catering customers from roorkee to Rishikesh, i dont think is a good pattern, Tata motors should workout something on this.

Midas service centre is the only authorised Tata service centre.
Located in industrial area haridwar hence not very crowded.
I got my Nexon serviced here and they really did a very good job.
Nadeem and Prabhansh were really very helpful.
They know their job very well and vehicle performance is better than before.

very poor customer service... Cars get sold just because of TATA brand value

Tata motors haridwar mechanical staff support you as you desire in your vehicle and they let you know to diagnose the actual problem in your vehicle.

All Showroom staff are good.👍👍👍👍

Not satisfied with service.
It takes 2 hours to wash 1 car, yet they are not able to clean the dust. And kept minor children to wash the car.
