Third class experience. Imagine a company who has been or rather say is still a leader in hospitality ( TAJ GROUP OF HOTELS ) has a vertical ( TATA MOTORS ) who have no idea about service at all!
Went their for a quick service engine oil change , oil and air filter change . They told me C- mount is broken. Had to replace it. however i was not shown broken one and what happened to broken one is remains a mystery.
To top it all, charged for health check up but didnt tell me the reason for a noise coming while steering to a sharp left. Also , last service the mechanic tells me that rear shockers are gone and would cost around 35000 /- I said its only driven locally and that too also 30000 km done . He replied that what it is, its upto you if you do it or not.
They had last time enrolled me for a GOLD plan which as per booklet said that I shall be getting a 5 % discount on spare parts . But I get a discount of Rs. 82 on a base bill of 3500 .
They dont care for your car and hard earned money. Both Kunanwala service center and ISBT one are horrible. Now where do we as a customer go ?/

Worst service center ever, they took my car week back for service and committed to send by 3 days, they have taken additional 3 days and now not picking phone... while they charged me all they could for service and work shop.. Worst behavior from staff

Very pethetic service centre I even seen ....staff do not know to behave with customer ... everything for their own profit...my tyre of tata naxon tear within 16 days of use and they blame it for Bridgestone...even they told me to change it from another shop if it replaced by Bridgestone.... really disappointed from tata.

Got my first free servicing of Nexon.
The entrance/ exit is very bad....and the veh is very dirty within 1 min of your exit...

Secondly unexpected billings like topping up of distill water of bty, oiling of hinges etc are made without telling you that it is optional... it is unprofessional to ask for these within 45 -60 days of purchase of a veh .

Total chaos... one hav to ask for the details of streamline procedures hav been set..

The place is neat and tidy. Plus there is no quarrel or noise here but the thing that lacks here is customer service. They didn't gave us water to drink by the time we were sitting there to get our car serviced. Then at last we had to request them for water then they gave us. Apart from this car service is good. Whole work was in front of us and they were doing in a well proper manner.

Good workshop, knowledgeable staff. The Service Advisor, Mr Thapa is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The workers are efficient. The workshop clearly lays out work that will be involved in repairing or servicing the car and give accurate estimates upfront do that you do not get a surprise later on. Most running spares are easily available but if there is a problem of spares or not easily available major assemblies, they let you know before hand. Mechanised operations for oil change, removal of nuts bolts etc speed up the work. Wheel alignment and balancing is also offered. The wash area is separate and they clean your car thoroughly, though there is quite a bit of rush in that too.

There is a lot of rush generally , especially in weekends. The body shop remains flooded with work. But if you reach in time , say by 09: 30 in the morning , the car will be serviced well in time. Water is available in service waiting area, also they offer tea. There are newspapers in the waiting room. A small canteen stocks some biscuits etc.

Poor Service and Cleaning management is too poor,

Pathetic service. Had a lot of (new) issues (e.g coolant leak, problem with the power stering wheel) after the service. Visited the service centre again but they denied and didn't do about that but gave me the new estimates. I would suggest not to go to this service center at all. (If Google had allowed me to give 0 star I would have given that, but have to stick to 1 star. But it doesn't deserve even 1 star)

Note- The day I was dropping the car, I saw one of the other person yeling at service centre guy because they did something wrong with his car too. I wish If I would have listened to that guy and should have not dropped my car there.
