Worst coustomer service and zero satisfaction. They thought coustomer is fool just take the money by promising for delivery and that delivery day never comes in yourlife. And after the struggle of 3-4 month they are still saying we don't have the car. Dude so why did you take my money if you don't the car and wasted my money, time and mental peace.

Tanya Automobiles, Chippi Tank, Meerut has to be the worst Service Center of Maruti which I ever visited.

I was in Meerut and got my car serviced from this Center and it turned out to be the worst Decision of my Life. The unprofessional and Lazy staff which couldn't do the basic service properly. They charge you for the things which stop working after 2- weeks, Even my AC filters were not changed and I was charged for that.

Please think twice before going to this Service Center. DO NOT waste your money and go to some other Centre for serving your Car.

Third class customer experience, struggling from last 4 days to get my insurance done for my car but seems like their manpower doesn't have any knowledge about their work. One should avoid this place.

I advised to all customers plz don’t purchase a car from Tanya showroom because they don’t know how to deal a customer and they are not sure on their promises worst nd wrost experience. They will don’t resolve any problem and they will pressersise to buy accessories at the day of car dilvery then if uh will deny to buy accessories they will say we can’t give a car without accessories. Soo plzz maruti you have look over this nd one more this Tanya’s employee seems like they are uneducated because they don’t know how deal a customers and first they will comment to customers anything and at the time of dilvery will deny all the thing whole staff is playing a game even managers are also involved in this circumstance nd it’s a humble request to all customers go visit never and ever in Tanya motors Garh road meerut .

Will give you huge discounts at the time of booking, but on delivery day will completely give you a new quotation and ask you either buy at new quotation or don’t buy. Specially with customers who buy on loan because once loan amount is received with showroom it can’t be returned back to loan. Not only one multiple customers faced same fraud. Note: Time gap between booking and delivery will not matter because in my case it was 7-8days only including bank holidays.

Discount offers will be removed with no prior information and will only be informed once your 80-90% of amount is already deposited at the time of delivery.
