Visited today for making enquiry about new Brezza. However it was a disaster as inspite of asking for Brezza there was none to show. Looks like the staff is not bothered about potential customer presence. Highly unprofessional atmosphere where customer is unwanted guest. I am yet to witness a more unprofessionally manned showroom. As a result came out without being shown Brezza. Can a customer go back to this showroom again?

Very bad and uncleaned sitting (cattle class) area for customers visiting for service. Very misbehaving Staff and poor service.
Very late service and poor washing.

worst sales department ever , no one to handle customers , and when asked tfor the proper information the salesmen just stay quite or say its not our domain .
never seen such carelessness anywhere.
i was about to buy a suzuki car , but now i won't , and will go for tata because they have better customer care and informed salesmen .

Dissatisfied with there service,
I went several time there for service & repair related issue, but find that less experienced and less skilled worker there. However service managers are cooperative and gentle. Insurance cell is good, but claim handling team is worst.
Too much time taken and less coordination.

They should trained there staff as like other competitors.

I went 3-4 times for my Baleno Alpha 2017 service and it was always a horrible experience. They take customer for granted and don't bother for anything.
