Maruti Suzuki ARENA (KTL PVT LTD, Kanpur, Ramadevi)

Visited twice, staff is very supportive. Unlike other services centres SAs and mechanics don't boss you around.

Here is full of cheating with customer the employees work there works for their own profit they will not work according to you but they tell you that after getting car out from here you just call them and they will do the work in low prices, and if you force them to do the work there only as you don't want after market service they just make an excuse and move from there apart from this they tell you that spare parts is not available inside the workshop and they had brought that spare parts from their own salary -WORKERS and after you pay the bill amount you get they call you for money for the part which is not printed on bill

So disgusting and very very hell workshop in KTL RAMADEVI KANPUR

I was getting my car serviced at Dehradun because I had no belief on kanpur workshops but this time it was a pleasant experience getting my car serviced at KTL GT Road Ramadevi, transparent and friendly handling of customers by Sh. Amit Sharma is beyond my expectations, kudos

Very bad gust services today I m going to my car service car no UP78 HB 2480 IGNIS

Very bad servicing, employee name atul yadav doesn’t know how to talk, how to handle the customer, very poor service and no customer satisfaction. They kept my car in ignition mode and battery was fully drained, and when i call for help they seriously refused to help and hungup my call.

Overall workshop is good but they don't adhere timing if they say collect your vehicle at 3PM don't go at exect time reach there at 6 PM for only these reason I have rated them 3 star
