Excellent Service..in time delivery are few things that I may not required to mention. You will find clean restroom. Place to eat. Customer centric staff. Genuine spare parts whose price can be verified at Kia link app. And they have free WiFi.

Highly unprofessional. Do not know how to deal with customers

Terrible purchasing experience from this ASR KIA Fazal ganj.
I feel highly embarrassed & humiliated when a mere sales person ( Mr Nitish Srivastava) says repetitively, approx 10 times in every meet that, if he would have known i will not buy his car assurance, his authority Mr Tushar would have never deliverer KIA CARENS to me (customer)

I could only express my dissatisfaction through a review on which he told me in a very inadequate manner, that my dissatisfaction review will never effect on him, his showroom or his business.

At the end after collecting a self declaration, non cashless insurance from me, showroom finally delivered the vehicle. I was forced to get accessories worth 10k or my 10 lacks money would have been stuck unnecessarily. It feels like a betrayal, first you take the money and then humiliate the dependent customer and there is no way a proper action can be taken on such a fraud.

"Satisfaction Letter" Mr Nitish unclip from papers may destroyed because I noted "Not Satisfied" above my signature.
Most of papers are not ticked/only signed at the time of deliver.

Kia showroom is good. You can get long Bookings here.

The staff is good.

Payment accepted through cash, card or UPI.

It is showroom of Kia, Good place to buy new car, You can visit here with family.

The service here is very poor. From a international brand we don't expect such a poor service. I have the worst experience of my life. I would suggest do not opt for any Kia car from here because cars are good but services are horrible.

Good place to visit friends staf only when you bring new deal after wards all are same

There are many things about ASRKIA-
Initially none of tge salespersons responded properly to phone calls.
After one visit a test drive was promised which again was not materialised till 2months.
Finally, Mr Vishal came to the rescue.
He brought the car-Kia Seltos home for a test drive.
Apart from him the females at the enquiry were very rude and unresponsive to talk to.
Finally Mr.Vishal was helpful and convincing and we booked our Kia Seltos top model on 10/10/21
So u need to keep ur patience while dealing with the staff here.
The bottom line is-staff is not humble , no gurantee of after sale service ...if u are keen at buying u buy....they are not v keen at serving u with warm regards.they simply are employees.
