Pathetic experience..... Service Advisor Amit eats tobacco... doesn't have etiquettes... mechanics doesn't have basic knowledge.... general manager is also not cooperative....only person that is appreciable is Kailash Head Mechanic.... otherwise Tata motors must see into this....

If you want this in life:
1. Absolute torture
2. Pathetic service
3. Idiot technicians servicing (so called) your car
4. Super inefficient, inept, incapable service staff
Then, feel free to come here for car service (or buy car from Arvind Tata, Agra).
Caution: this is not even 10% exaggeration. If you still rely on these guys, your luck.

Worst service experience ever , now I know why people used to say "Tata ki service bahut karab hai" , and Arvind motors service nailed it 😁, I went there for 2nd free service and it took 6 hrs to complete , I am asking the staff again and again why there is so much delay when there is nothing additional work in the car and they rudely reply "Ho raha hai time lagata hai" .

There are only two 3 seater sofa available in the waiting room and number of person are arround 15 at that time , even there are no glass/cup for water , I asked for water after 20 min they provided water .

I went to manager office as job card area people are too busy in phones to answer my queries for the delay , and I was completely shocked to see his office/ room it only has a table and ac and nothing else , if you providing services to a world class product then must have a good infrastructure first atleast , after the complainant to manager I finally got my car after and hour and it look like staff has done the formality only , still there are wrappers in side pockets, back foot area was as dirty not properly vacuum, I was to exhausted to ask them to clean it again as I already have spend more than 6 hr, so I leave with my car as it is.

I brought my car here for servicing and they made scratches on a window. Upon asking they inturn tried to blame me saying that scratches must be before servicing. Thankfully i made video of the car as soon as i arrived here. Upon showing first they tried to shake it off and then upon insisting their reponse was ignorance. Completely pathetic. Even servicing was not done properly. Even after mentioning all the issues in the beginning and noting them down, still had to check the car and ask to to fix them one by one. Disappointed with Tata Cars

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE CENTRE OF ALL TIME. I MEAN NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR CAR. JUST SITTING ON DESK AND ACTING LIKE THEY ARE SO BUSY. UNDER STAFFED AND MECHANICS ARE DOING FORMALITIES

First Service was good as expected. However the driver who has taken the car in workshop driven roughly.
