NEXA (Fair Deal Premium Wheels, Noida, Sector 10)

Not much crowded, you can take good services from them.

This is to bring to your notice that at nexa showroom sector 10 Noida, a relationship manager in the name of Dharmender has ill treated my parents. He pressurised us to buy kit worth 10000, which he said is mandatoy, withoit which car cannot be sold.

He also misbehaved and was negatively pressurising.....

Worst service centre, I gave my car for service and they returned it with so many issues(which were not there earlier), and now even after so many follow-ups they haven’t take any action and not even responding.
Raised a complaint to @Maruti but they are also not taking any
Action. #Pathetic
Everyone should be aware of this fraud centre and don’t give your valuable car to them for service

worst customer service .The executives not dealing with the customers in a polite and humble way rather making them feel not needed . i visited the showroom with my family and the executive asked us to visit some other day as he was busy talking on phone

Himanshu the sales person did a terrific job in responding as well as getting the vehicle early.

Regular showroom for Maruti. Nothing special noticed. Parking is issue outside showroom.

Worst showroom of Noida.

They always give false promises.They will delay things like anything. You keep on calling after buying a car they will always give fake promise.

They don't know formalities of delivering a car like even clicking a photo.. etc You need to follow up for every single document. Getting refund for extra amount paid was a big hassle.

Worst dealer of Nexa
They don't stay on their commitments.
They don't know how to manage customers.
Poor customer service I have ever seen.
