Worst service workshop of Prime Honda in Sahibabad.

My AC was absolutely fine but they malfunctioned it after the service on the name of Gas refilling . They also replaced my car battery without even need to.

It took me 3 trips to the service center but their incompetency couldn't solve my AC, they were not ready to admit that it's an issue in the start but later started agreeing that yes there's an issue but they are not sure of the reason.

Finally escalated to CRM honda which intervened and send my car to another honda in noida who fixed my issue in one day.

Now Prime Honda keep calling me and say sir please get your service done from us we'll give you complimentary car seat cleaning for your bad experience.

It is a very good company from where you can get him car servicing of his car. At least four are taken from you here. If you want to get the opportunity of servicing the car, then you can get servicing done from here and the behavior of the employees here is also very good?

The biggest problem of parking is if someone comes to visiti, you will have to think about parking and the biggest thing is not the responsibility of the staff, the service guard is not well equipped for parking, clearly says that if you have come to see the car, then I will do as you wish. Don't look, look elsewhere, I had to come from outside the showroom, it is very dirty service, go carefully.

Ojaswi is a fabulous guys and too much concerned about his customers. I am extremely happy from his service

No staff available... very poor from appearance. Prime Honda Dilshad Garden is much better.

Worst service provider. Inspite of repeated request, they do not have time to pick up the car for service.

In last 1 month got opportunity to see 2 Honda facilities.
Working style and procedures of both were identical but I found Prime honda more customer oriented and process wise aligned.
All delivery measures were up to the mark and prompt.
Special appreciation to Manav, Lata and Mohit because all these members were very professional and client Oriented.

After making you wait for months , when delivery time arrives they will tell you that they have no clue if the vehicle would be available. Highly unprofessional attitude.
