Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Shree Vasu, Delhi Road

this is located outside the main meerut city it is almost 10-12 far from the main city as almost all the car showrooms are there only.as the showroom considered it is very good it is big enough and yes they have a quite good storage of all the car you don't need to waite for any car too much as the have good stock off all tata car in almost all colours.their hospatility is also very good and if you want to buy a car they explained all the details of car.almost all models of all car are may be available there for display they have all the top models with all accessories on it.In short my experience of buying car from there is good enough.

This is worst dealer in terms of service..
Unskilled labour and workers.. when you complain about service so they will try to prove you wrong..
1. Poor labour work
2. You go there with some problem and come with other additional problems..
3. In service bill they will add so many charges..
4. Changes unnecessary parts..
5. They just want to increase there bill amount...
6. Cleaning and polish better you do your own..

The time of my car-delivery was pushed back and we were not informed beforehand. Also they couldn't fit all the accessories in time as they had promised to do even though I was their first customer on the day of my delivery. I had to wait for about 2.5 hours as they were rushing through the fitment of the accessories as we were made to wait. To top it all, when the salesman was finally handing over the keys during the photo session he sheepishly told my father that they didn't have the 7D mats available we had already paid for so to make up for it he promised to provide the 7D mats when we would visit their showroom to get the car's number plate.

Turns out it was yet another lie. We travelled from Ghaziabad to this showroom in Meerut only to find out that the 7D mats were still not available. I had asked our assigned salesman over call before visiting the second time to confirm whether the mats had actually arrived or not and he replied in the affirmative.
This isn't just loose work ethics and petty unprofessionalism. I wouldn't have been writing this if it was one. This is the gold standard of swindling infact.

tldr : The people running the show in this showroom - the staff, to be more precise - are in the habit of lying. They don't know how to keep their word so I'll advise anyone reading this not to take them at their word.

Purchased Tata Safari XZA+ from Shree Vasu Automobiles and got the first servicing done
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE from sales and service department
Writing this review after 3months post delivery

1. Sales: Promised for a delivery date, after which I made the booking, however they kept giving me assurances and promises of delivery on time until last week of delivery, had to finally take up the case with regional office of Tata Motors and got the vehicle delivered on date after going through so much of ordeal.

2. Service: Vehicle had no issues until first servicing. Covered 2500kms+ in 45 days. 4 days after first service, vehicle broke down. Check engine light popped up with numerous other faults. Had to call the RSA team for assistance. Next day took the vehicle to Shree Vasu Automobiles, their diagnosis was battery at fault, gave the Exide battery for replacement.

Exactly 1 week after this, check engine light and transmission error popped up. After so much argument the technician from Shree Vasu Automobiles came to check the issue. And the same problem persisted every week for next 3 weeks after service.

Point to note, is the vehicle is top end model of Tata's passenger cars. Everytime I have to contact The CSM of Tata motors of Meerut Region for my issues with the vehicle, not even 3 months of purchase. Finally replacement battery came after 1 month of deposition.

The dealer has zero responsibility and technical expertise, they stop attending your calls, have to contact the CSM for any assistance. The customer relation is third rated.

Finally I got the problem resolved from ANJNEY MOTORS, which I STRONGLY RECOMMEND for servicing of Tata vehicles in Meerut.

From a customer point of view:
1. Bad customer relations
2. The audacity to ask the customer to take the vehicle every week to the dealers for problems which they couldn't identify, the problem arised after first service.
3. Irresponsible and lackadaisical attitude
Makes Shree Vasu Automobiles the worst dealer which I have ever affiliated with.

Superb experience with tata motors. All things are excellent and behavior of all staff is too good and Mr. Saad ji give our tata tigor cng xz within 20 days. Everything is good 👍 by Shree Vashu automobiles Meerut.

Awesome place for buying new car's of Tata

It was Fabulous experience to be at Shri Vasu indeed. Above all Expectations , be it in terms of sale , service , customer responsiveness, demonstration .I got Nexon delivered before committed date . People are so courteous and efficient that decision making became very easy. Thanks Shri Vasu Meerut!
