I've brought maruti suzuki dzire from vipul motor sector 18 Noida. Sales person was too friendly. I would like to mention his name here Mr. Kuldeep Thakur.

From the day of booking to the delivery day he did his job fabulously.

Also I was completely satisfied with features and Performance.

Today I am writing this review after done 1st service. Service team and other staff also were polite and humble. And the first service got done within 2.5 hrs.

I must say I chosen the best car ever.

So last week I purchased Swift Vxi from them. It was an experience which cannot be expressed in just a few words. Unlike other Maruti showrooms near my home, Vipul's SA especially Mr Manoj keeps following up regarding the car on a frequent basis.

Pros:
- The showroom is located at prime location in sector 18 opp. GIP Mall.
- Parking is free for customers as well.
- The service and ambience is at par with other showrooms like merc, Audi, VW etc
- They will deliver your car in minimum time possible.
- They also give best offers with the vehicle.
- This is only showroom which had a big customer care network. Even if you just visited for an enquiry they will keep following up with you and facilitate your buying process.
- Not only pre buying process, also they will keep following up with you post purchase.
- This showroom doesn't give 'sarkari' feeling unlike other nearby maruti showrooms.
- Coffee and chai was awesome.

Cons:
- The showroom is having a space of only one car. Only a newly launched car is placed there. They have multiple locations for each process, for instance the car pdi location is different, the accessories location is different etc. Plan your visit accordingly.

Special thanks to Sales executive Mr Manoj Thakur, He made sure my delivery experience was five stars and because of him I was fully satisfied with the purchase. The guy delivered my car before time, offered us various goodies and facilitated paper work.

Purchasing a new car from Vipul motors was a great experience. Kuldeep ji was very helpful. He guide us through all the features, pros and cons, test drive etc. He fulfilled his commitment with timely delivery of the car. Thanks to Kuldeep ji and Vipul motors.
