Good service...easy processing in terms of buying a car. Every process goes on smoothly... From booking to delivery. Extra 5 points for the coffee they served😄...else the service is very good.

There are many facilities for clients who visit service center. There is lounge to watch TV, can ask for free tea, coffee etc. Service centre guys are co-operative. Generally they deliver car on same day after service.

They deserve a Zero rating for customer support. I have renewed insurance with them but didn't get my insurance policy for more than a week passed.

Their staff had no knowledge they renew my insurance with someone else car registration number. now not getting a response from them.

So don't buy any car from them and don't renew your policy with them if you bought a car from them.!!!!!

Neat and clean surrounding. Attendant promptly bought water and request for tea or coffee. Staff need to be more customer oriented rather sales oriented. Overall OK experience.

Horrible service. Service execs are too arrogant. Highly disorganized system. No one listens. Despite horrible standards Service is very expensive. Rather go for some other centre.

I am going there to learn driving the car. It's a Best driving school. You may go for it ☺️

I visited the Nexa outlet for adding some accessories to my car. The staff was super friendly, very professional and highly trained in their work. Way better than visiting an Arena showroom. There are proper sitting areas available within the premises. Parking is on the road but there is no issue in that, as there are a lot of car showrooms in this area. I have visited many other nexa showrooms and i found this one to be the best.

Very Poor customer service, they are not following booking sequence & delaying in delivery of vehicle and insist customer to exchange car from them only. After cancellation of booking not making refund easily. I think one of the worst dealer in Delhi NCR
