Worst service I’ve n showroom
When u go to buy a car they will give insurance of car of one year
I bought a car swift lxi cash
On December 20 in bijnor there was a nrc and caa protest going on i was going to showroom after calling in showroom they called me
But in between the protester broke my car and police caught me and put in jail for 4 months
After that i came out and i relese my car from police station i take it to showroom
Showroom manager said take it to insurance company and talk to them
Why should i go to insurance company showroom had sell me the insurance
But i went to insurance company new moon
They said we have to do investigations
I told ok
But till now there is no response from showroom and insurance company
Showroom had send 2 letters to my home to take car from showroom all broken
What should i do now

Worst Car Wash ever got After Service. Just Look at the condition Of my interior just after the car service. Spend Overall 8000 on my service but still this is the condition! Decided not to go again At Shakumbari Automobiles Bijnor! 👎🏻 Last year i faced same issue at this showroom but they said this time u will not face anything like this! They just say come and we will give you a free car wash. You guys just look why i will waste my petrol to come again and again at the showroom. I need my refund for washing and cleaning charges or else Just Be happy you lost your customer 👎🏻

Today I got call for service for my car the lady Manisha I think she so rude to tell me worst staff she even don't know to talk to the customers

Very poor . i went there yesterday and their senior salesperson was very careless and rude . They were not even able to explain full features of vehicle. i will not suggest to go there for car purchase as this is totally waste of time . if possible i will give them minus five rating .

Worst service , I went to by a swift desire car & want to book same day but salesmen's behaviour is very roud says that tum yaha time pass karne aaye ho or muze gussa dila rahe ho. Very worst staff given minous star..., Never go to bijnor show room.
