Not fully satisfied but place is good. Don't know how they respond in future services

Its old ARTO office side is on lucknow road.
A lot of space for parking but niosy place looks like a khater peter.

hooligans in there stuff , The prices the tell you before selling is different and billing is different if catch the difference of price then they update your bill smartly and threatening you that what every you want to do you can do.. Bahraich branch stuff is worst

All the services given by tata's worker is good but one thing is not good take too much time for maintaining the car other wise everything is ok

Worst service quality in UP.
They are cheater using local product from local market and make charge of genuine part.
If you want improve your 🚗 performance please choose another dealer.
They use 15W40grade lube oil in all type of vehicle and make charge of BS-VI grade.
Generally Safari break pad and break shoe purchase from local market.
Make sure if you are going to service your car please check grade of lube oil.

One of the best showroom of tata motors, helpful staff, cooperative behaviour, satisfactory explanation of the vehicle.
Overall customer satisfaction is their prioritie.
