Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Amitdeep Motors, Allahabad, Sulem Sarai)

One of the authorised maruti service centre in allahabad..........Service booking starts from 8 am.....Average service centre....Professionalism is missing here......Not working on the principles of maruti suzuki ....Very untidy service centre......Final inspection summary report is missing.....Lot of loopholes....

They are asking for Rs 1200 for high security number plate where as if you go to small Cafe they get it registered for mere Rs 800. Only Rs 100 for registration where as Amitdeep needs 600 for same job. Whats the use of purchasing vehicle from them, if they can't respect your loyalty. Ab beekh mangana hi baking reh Gaya Hai Amit deep ko.

I am giving a zero star to amit deep for the sarvice specially for QCM He is a sick person and mentally ill i had also mail to company for this concern Please change Your QCM first and kick him from your Company. He had no sence how to talk with the the customer......

One of the worst experience i have had booking a car.
I have been promised fake dates, i have booked a vehicle from past 3 months and have not yet recieved.
Please consider any alternative showroom over this one !

One of famous outlet of Maruti in Allahabad and probably the largest in the city. The workshop infrastructure needs lot of improvement. During rainy season its condition is miserable. You could only know while visit here and see the work culture how the workers are performing their job. Company must look into the infrastructure issues that is backbone of any workshop.

Amit deep Maruti Suzuki Service center in Prayagraj has very bad facility. Worker or Adviser behaviour is very worse. They do not know how to clear clean car. Service giving is not proper when we ask about there serving condition they fight with us. What they are doing service you simply accept it if you say anything to them they fight and use slang language.
So if you want good service of your Car seach for other service provider. Do not go to Amitdeep Maruti service center

Very bad experience not interested to sell Maruti car. Demo vehicle not available. No sales executive to explain about product. No reception no well come as per Maruti standard.
