Poor service..Technicians are casual during service... Before going to long trip don't go there for service or any repair otherwise it may fatal for your life.

I wasn’t a direct owner of a Mahindra car but my brother was. It was XUV5OO W8. The after sales service was really good. Routine calls from them for servicing, offers from their end and others.

But the main thing is its maintenance cost. We had to pay a lot for maintenance, may be because it is used roughly always. By roughly, I mean on rough roads and off-road as well.
