NEXA (My Cars, Kanpur, GT Road)

Purchasing new car is one of the best moments of anyone's life and Nexa makes it more memorable with their excellent customer services, i have experienced twice of buying new car from NEXA and in both the cases they have proved themselves excellent, yes during lockdown you may not have the cake ceremonies and others but during regular time there was cake ceremony too.
One thing which i didn't like is charging money for every single things which they give so called that as gifts, even for keychain they use to charge money which i really don't like it and company should look after it seriously.

One of the worst showroom i have seen in my life. I booked baleno after the assurance of the RM there that i will get it on desired date.
But when i reached there on delivery date , manager there told me that car is alloted to someone else .
He discarded the quotation promised by the sales manager and RM .
RM is saying that he took the booking only after consulting the manager but he is denying it.. ( both have argument over phone in front of me )
There is function in my family and due to their lack of professionalism i am into deep discomfort.

I have purchased baleno sigma grey from my car nexa affimkothi kanpur. My RM is sana . Sana is very helpful to me through my journey of purchasing car. My overall experience is excellent. All staff is cooperative.
