All the executives are well behaving and give all the information about the cars. Space of the showroom and parking is little small, car service is also available so I recommend it is the best place to buy Tata cars in the airport(southern)side of the city.

Service work has been done by experienced workers .. staffs are very helpful .. vehicles are taken care very well.. no hidden charges .. in short your vehicle is in safe hand if u consider to give your vehicle here

I bought my first car from here which is Tata Altroz. The behaviour of the staff is really good, you will also get best possible discounts.
The service center also has good staff, they will listen your problem and get it resolved.

Availability of showroom in the location is good, however response time of staff is slow. If you need good service of your vehicle then dadicate your day at the service station.

I bought Tata Tigor from the showroom 1 week back and the after sale service is pathetic. At the time of purchase I was told I would be given chrome handles as gift from showroom but on the day of delivery I was told the chrome handles are unavailable and will be delivered later. Its been 7 days and the chrome handles have never reached me. Guys are only concerned with selling car and after sale they wont recognize you even. Its service like this which makes people hesitant to go for #Tata Motors.

I bought my 1st car Tata Altroz XZ from SRM L.K.O, Till buying the car my experience was really good ,nice staff ,all my queries were cleared and everything was taken care really good and I was a happy customer but for a very short time.

But the SERVICE dept. is really awful ,I had to run behind the person incharge for my service (Ankit Tiwari) for each and everything to be done.
and who says service cost is less in Tata ,if you are not a smart customer they will simply charge you 3000-5000 rs in 1st and 2nd free service and 10,000 in 3rd free service.

Just in 1 month and 500km driven i found that there is no wiring in my left door side indicator and also my distance to empty for fuel is not working.

it was a clear case of company's manufacturing defect and PDI hasn't been done properly and even PDI person approved the same , but this service dept. simpy put the charge of 6,500rs to just open the glove box side dashboard and xtra handling charges of 2000rs . even after finding that the coupler is there in dashboard all they had to do is pull the coupler and plug it to bulb.

and for fuel distance issue I had to run for weeks to get a new fuel gauge installed.

It's better to die one day using a low build qlty. maruti cars than dying everytime getting my car serviced from Tata.

Pathetic Tiago Purchase experience at this place. Staff didn't behave well. Long waiting period for delivery .No coordination among staff and they hurt emotions of customer by false commitments. Sales person to the GM of SRM MOTORS did nt tackle the grievances . Writing the matter to higher office
