Standard Honda

Had a very bad experience in standard honda bitauli service centre, there is no to entertain customer on the both side while entering from the gate and on the reception. Was there for half an hour and no one cared to ask what was my problem, I have Hyundai venue, maruti wagon r and honda jazz, in Hyundai people are always welcoming it is like they wait for us to welcome and same in maruti, i have never experienced such kind of behaviour and also have never expected form honda that you people are so irresponsible and arrogant. Worst experience.

Service is extremely poor. They told me my car is ready but when I arrived, I had to wait for 3 hours. There is no one to attend. If you are coming here please bring your food as you might starve and die of waiting and no one would still care here.

I visited the service centre on December 31, one of the problem is that the service centre is on main highway and the path to the supervisor where service is executed is
blocked by other vehicles
and there is no one to guide at the enterance.

There is no appropriate place for the proper service of cars.

They even insist to get more services done and don't follow the instructions from the customer .

Even they don't follow the promises made by their customer representatives.
Also the representatives made false promises to the customer related to discount but none is given at the service centre.

I am 63 year old senior citizen so it becomes really difficult for me to take my vehicle down there so i request Honda to look into this and address my issues because Honda is a big name in the car market.

Worst dealer in Lucknow, my Dad who is 63 years old visited the dealer for a paid service after their representative promised for some discount but they didn’t give any such and moreover they didn’t even entertain my Dad’s request of fixing the visor.

Also they made him wait for more than 6 hours though my father called them to know the approximate time by which he should get the car.

I visited Standard Honda for fixation of HSRP. It appears that the technician doing the job was not well trained as the rear plate is not properly fitted and is tilted on one side

Do not buy vehicle from this showroom they are making fool of customers only

Do not know why Honda has given Dealership to this company called "Standard Honda"

They don't have any standard in Service, Customer handling, Parking , Cleaness , Space .

Today i visited for service post plenty of calls from Sales coordinator Ms Pooja , but it is very unfortunate that there no space to park the car , most of cars are parked on Sitapur Road where all Haivy Vehicles are running and huge traffic.

Suddenly one person came and asked me for key i said there is no space , No parking how you manage to services it he said sir do not worry it is daily's routine issue , will manage it .

But I decided to come to to home without service .

I purchase cars in 2020 from 1st day there is issue with delivery, Service, Documents but no one is there to listen .

Wonderful experience with the Sales team and behaviour of the staff and also before timely delivery of car. I would suggest this showroom to everyone who wishes to buy Honda Car.
