If there is option that putting comment without stars than i would not even give this place a dam single star even

Plz open some other service station else your brand value in gorakhpur and nearby areas are in big trouble
If there will be only one service station of mahindra(sardar motors) in the whole world, then i will get serviced my car by myself or in the worst case i blow up my car instead of visiting this place

Its the worst Show room in Gorakhpur.please dont buy anyvehical from them.they are not taking any Resopnsibilty after selling there vehical.Specially SERVICE.Keep away from this SHOWROOM.

Both show room and service center are there and both are very busy, given huge popularity of Mahindra Vehicles in the area.

Indeed a harrowing, Pittyful and completely worthless experience at the outlet. They charge you full but don't even offer the commensurate services. The complete facility is poorly managed and left to the whims and fancies of the GM who thinks he is god's own and simply put was extremely discourteous and non committed to customer satisfaction or experience. My big NO to anyone ever planning to buy or get their vehicle serviced at this facility. Will urge M&M to urgently audit the outlet and if need be close the franchise .

Best place to repair cars. They have good mechanics with good knowledge. In my opinion you have to visit one time to use their services.
