Good, post lock down all the business houses r dull.it should pickup.there is demand, but it's slow.small show room with cordial,polite staff

We bought a Tata Altroz from this Showroom. We did like the service here very much. All the amenities in this showroom are pretty well maintained. Sales Executive Mr. Anil has made sure that no issues took place throughout the process. I highly recommend that people consider buying their vehicle from this particular place.
We are highly satisfied with everything that they have done for us.

Bought a Tata Tigor EV recently and from Start to end - the cooperation and Patience the Showroom has shown is commendable. Appreciate Durga for all the efforts and patience she had.

I had a minor issue after delivery which was promptly taken care of by the team. All documents required by RTO were properly handed over to me for a Seamless RTO experience.

I have purchased TATA Tiago Car and I got my car services regularly in this service center. In 2021 I have got my car battery replaced in this show room. I contacted this service center for battery issue. They have asked to drop the battery at service center. They took 6 days still they are unable to arranged battery replacement. Now they are telling they need 3 more days. They are unable to arrange a spare battery also. I have never seen such an irresponsible service center in my life. I suggest not to get battery installed in these service centers. Instead get it from outside battery shop. From now onwards I decided not to visit this service center for my car service as well. I not at all recommend this service center.

These people are unable to get battery replacement and not able to give spare battery as well. Such a shameless service center who can not keep a spare battery as well. It is courtesy to provide spare when the battery failed is in warranty.

Pathetic service.

Purchased Tata Safari XT+ Dark edition from this showroom. Their service is satisfactory but not exceptional or outstanding.

It's like they are doing the job to get paid monthly and there is no passion among the people working there to work on automotive industry.

My advice is to hire people who are passionate about the job and who really care and understand customers needs and provide solutions and exceptional sales and service experience.

I have heard a lot of negative feedbacks about Tata service and long waits for delivery of cars and I was very hesitant at the start to approach them for a car but I have met a super talented sales person at the showroom
