I could give them 7 star if there was option available,one of the best showroom in Hyderabad along with the sales team, purchased my tata harrier dark edition, delivered with in week time.

Many thanks to Ms.Swapna and Mr.Srinivas.let me tell you guys one thing people are worried about after sales service from tata but would like to share the incident which happened with me,I was in vijaywada and kept key in car boot and just closed without realising that key is in boot, everything from home keys to wallet was inside the car by God Grace only had one of the mobile with me.

Immediately I called Ms.Swapana and she lifted my call without any delay and when I asked for solution she suggested me trick how to open the door,which obviously I can't share here😉. Would like to thanks a ton to swapana for her great positive attitude towards the customer and helpful nature.

One of the best sales person,I would recommend everyone to consult with her regarding the car and I m sure you won't get disappointed with this.

If anyone is reading this from showroom side please recognise her from our entire family side and once again many thanks Ms.Swapana.

Worst experience with tata motors last month I have purchased nexon xza+o vehicle from this showroom within the 1 month (only 1000km ) car tyres are started getting bulge. Sales person and service center both are not bothered about they are telling us to bear the money to change the tyres. Once the booking amount is paid they dont care about the delivery of vehicle they made me wait for nearly 6 to 7 months after calling some many times to sales and team lead then they gave a delivery to us now the faulty typre kept and they blaming us to pay for us .Its very bad and worst experience from Tata Motors.

I visited for more than 3 times to enquire about a vehicle, consultants try to make customer to book vehicle without explaining about vehicle, they told me come again and again for three times, one lady executive has taken booking for test ride despite she knows that vehicle is not available n their showroom at that point of time, very horrible experience

Worst experience
Recently booked punch car. Till payment of advance they are good. But after payment, many times i called them for updates of my car delivery. They are not responding. Very poor response of sales person. They said they will send photos. Till date they didn't send. If i call they are not picking calls.

This showroom is near Bowenpally checkpost.
The Honda showroom is right next to it and the Hyundai showroom is opposite to it.
This showroom is crowded and you may not get a proper response.
When I visited on Sunday 18sep2022, no test drive was available for Nexon.
We wanted to see Tigor EV, but it was not available for display.
Wanted to see Altroz boot space, but the dickey could not open and the reason was battery down.
Sufficient parking was not there, I had to park my car alongside the service road.
I asked for exchange valuation but the valuator was not available. I was told that they will contact me later but no response yet.
Felt the showroom needs a lot of improvement in terms of addressing the customer, training of employees and customer facilities.
