Green Honda

Worst service ever seen, don't know whether they are trained properly or just getting trained on customer vehicles, even service manager doesn't know anything. Either top management from green honda or Honda should take a serious action against this. If Google have provided me with negative stars I have rated this.

Bought Honda Amaze. Ordered the vehicle in Mid-December. They promised me that they will try to deliver the car by 3rd or 4th of January without fail. And they kept their promise, even delivered the car before the promised date, exactly on new year day 🙂. Clear with the process and timely responsive staff.

Went twice to get my first car service, but they have been highly reliable on the main power lines that were being laid or repaired. Shame on the showroom/service Center that couldn’t even afford a power backup for water cleaning. I had to waste my time just to travel back and forth with no service done.
