Run on target basis. All their executives are forced to meet their targets. Not sure if the manager failed to notice my presence or not, but was scolding the employee for not meeting target sale of new tyres to customers. So all their suggestions are business motive most of the times. Our fear is their business.. worst experience.

I bought the car. They Serivce my car very well for every time. Responsible Staffs. Especially Mr.Ashok Thumbs up for him.

Spacious arrangement made for display. However, time taken for their services can be reduced.

Recently I sent my car , a Polo which had a minor accident. I was never allowed to meet the insurance people. No assessment was communicated to me. I was told the final price only when I went to take delivery(one month later). One of the staff wanted to see the SMS regarding feedback. When I handed over my phone, he filled up the form himself. Not trustworthy people

I really want to give 0 star as these service guys never understand our value of time, they will make you sit for 1 1/2 hours just to say how can I help you.

And almost all the time I need to sit 1 hour for billing, Printing>Swipe>manager sign> gate pass.

Me Being restless and running out of my time, they keep nagging you go to waiting room watch TV , do you want coffee. #Seriously Do I need good hospitality at this heat moment.

Ouch !! Tired and sick of this process. I am sure the operation manager is sleeping ! I gave them the same feedback all the time. Nothing improved till today !

But I am still going with 5 start for their strong technical and performance oriented! All the time car was delivered in a day with all the issues fixed(General service). Delivery after service will be always like Brand New.

Guys plz fix the waiting time and streamline the process, I know you guys have that capability!

I gave my Polo GT TSI on 9th November 2021 for a major service. They said delivery will be with in 15 to 20 days ( see the images for evidence) and mentioned the same in the work order sheet. Today Jan 4th 2022. Not yet delivered...

Got a message ur car work completed on 21.12.2021 ( screenshot is there)..don't know what they are doing with my car for past two weeks...

It is 10 months old car. Sales team is good...but service team is night mare for me... Useless, unprofessional and totally unskilled team... This is my second bitter experience...First one was a week ago, they still changing a small part for my Tiagun 1/5L GT TSI.

I have taken insurance from the company recommended people. 56 days gone...

Good brand...bad people. Searching other alternate service center...

No use of this review...manager to security...people without attitude.

VW cars are really wonderful ..but people working in service section make our life miserable. Sorry to pen this.

Very good service and awesome customer service. Rameez Raja was very friendly and taken care of all the things by himself, suggestions are very good. And good timely delivery.
