Thanks for wasting my time. I just wish I was careful when selecting the dealer. Anybody else considering this dealer, beware of their fake commitments. Kindly reach out to some other dealers instead of these people to save yourself from a pathetic experience.
I have actually cancelled my car. I hope I get my refund soon.
Once again, reconsider your decision before consulting these people.
Before ordering they will call you many times and chats you encounter will be very pleasant and pleasing. Once you placed the order, they won’t even pick your call. Every false delivery date provided are from reaching the showroom.
They were supposed to refund me around 30,000. They said they will immediately refund it on the day of vehicle delivery. Never happened. After that the guy says he will come and deliver at home.It goes on forever. There is no use of talking to the manager. He ignores my calls. Wrote to their email addreess. Not yet replied to emails. Finally after so long I recieved my refund recently. Very shady behaviour.
Whenever I asked for any dealer offers such as an additional fitting or so, they will say we will give, try their best etc and not give a definite reply. In the end there is nothing. I paid extra money to get a car cover. Never delivered it on any promised time. Finally I had to call and inform that I will file a complaint and then the guy delivered it immediately.
Did not provide insurance papers or receipt on car delivery. We have to specially request it and then fix multiple meeting where they don't turn up and wait for their kindness it seems.
The car manual says we are supposed to recieve a document pouch and spare bulbs and fuses with the car. I don't yet know whether I received it. Wrote an email to the company. No reply yet. Called tata motors to verify, THEY ARE NOT USEFUL. DOESNT GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR STANDARD PACKAGE. Simply direct to dealer - who will supply whatever information they want.
My agent would rarely appear on time. I would spend money and travel long distance to meet him - meeting already fixed as per HIS convenience and verified multiple times. Then he wouldn't attend my calls. Finally he would simply call and say "I will come tomorrow". As if we have no other job.
I used to hate my agent and thought it is his mistake in the beginning. But after interaction with the manager in the refund issue I understood he is not any better. This also shows people higher up in the position doesn't take responsibility or verify how things are run by their subordinates. And clearly tata motors doesn't care anything.
It was total waste of time to believe them and wait.
Their way of approaching the customer is too bad and unpolite.Fedup with them
Higher authorities should take proper action
