We Booked The New Age Baleno, The Customer Service was very good they deliver the car within 1week especially our sales guide Mr.Rajaganeshan service was just outstanding, the way he explained and process the statement and billing. I'm very satisfied with this Pillai & Sona Nexa Showroom.

There’s no discounts in accessories, no free kits. It would be great if they had provided something like that. 😇

We bought Ignis recently from here. Team`s Approach, Support, Assistance and Coordination is good, especially Mr. Anifa did great job. Delayed delivery but team compensated with alternative vehicle. Communication and Keeping promises need to be improved which gives faith to the customer. Overall response and experience is good and I hope future service experience would be better.
