Pressana Kia Showroom Coimbatore

Went on Sunday and few staffs were available which was grossly inadequate considering the customers visiting the showroom.

Offered test drive on the desired model & satisfied with the test drive. Due to demand in certain models, waiting period is in the range of 3 to 4 months.

Follow up of Service executive and adhering to the commitments given by them is very poor. Hence rated lower.

Customers are made to wait in spite of the presence of many customer service personnel. There's a lot of room for improving the customer service

Excellent customer care and consistent follow-up from staff until delivering the vehicle. Showroom ambience is excellent and maintained well. They have multiple variants available to see the vehicle which helps in decision making. Vehicle available for test drive from home as well which is a good thing. I can say one of the reason for buying the vehicle will be due to the sales executive Priya following up with me continuously and provided information as and when required. This will help those who can't go to showroom. Overall experience is good

From the period of booking to the time of delivery,my carens vehicle, we had a very good experience, hospitality, in depth technical details about the vehicle from pressenaa kia staff.Our sales Consultant Mr. Thiyagu was very attentive ,cooperative and very helpful. Sales executive Arthi was very much helpful in finding the appropriate varient. And the showroom ambience was also good. Overall it was a pleasant experience. They have a demo vehicle across all the models.

Recently got my kia sonet gtx plus delivered from here. The staffs very kind and good at what they do. It was a very smooth delivery process. Special thanks to Mr. Vinish for his tremendous support right from the booking till delivery.

Dear Future Customers!
Please do not book any Kia car here in this showroom: Reasons below:
1) They will not give you the right date of Delivery (100% not on time) They are happy to take your booking after 90days of waiting they will tell new words like not allocated, priority basis🙏 etc etc .....
2) I waited more than 5months for the delivery - TILL NOW NO UPDATE
3) I said, I need to cancel my booking to their CRM team - They are super happy to cancel my booking and I cancelled it now

Worst customer service ever, I have faced so far with any Industry 🙏this is my first bad review for any place I went 🙏 so beaware 🙏

Finally I did not get my car and no update still now! Don't waste your time here 🙏

They gave me the wrong license plate with the wrong registered number !! And now my vehicle is hot listed and am unable to get a fastag for my correct registered number. They haven't been helpful. Didn't imagine them capable of such screwed up service.
