Went for another enquiry and visited their yard to see the exact car variant we had shortlisted. Ashwin helped us with the test drive and explained all our queries. Did book Tata Altroz after much satisfaction and had a good experience. Time & punctuality can be improved...Changing rating from 3 to 4 star...will wait and update based on the delivery and after sales experience.

Tata Motors are a brand, and everyone is proud to own one. However, dealers like SRT Tata ruin the image of a brand, they think about themselves rather than the customer.

I have already completed my payment and I will begin my EMI next month, which is in another two weeks. However, they have not delivered the car as promised and already two delivery dates have elapsed.

If you are serious about purchasing a TATA car, get a written confirmation from them regarding the delivery date and ask for a penalty if they fail to deliver on that date.

I won't recommend this dealer and service to anyone ever.

This was my 2nd EV booking and advance money was taken promising a fake timeline of 3 months. Later it was extended to 7 months. No communication, No follow ups, No transperancy. I had to call frequently to find out about the delay. Now doing the same thing with my refund. Zero accountability from this business and its management. Please beware and either go to another dealer or get everything in writing

Bad service. Booked Nexon Petrol in the month of July they promised delivery within 2 months its been more then the promised date. I cancelled and I went for XUV 300 and the car got delivered.

Still there people has not refunded my Advance booking money no proper response at all.

Bad service I am not recommending any f my family or friends to this showroom
