Very bad response . I had been there in an emergency situation as I was traveling to Bangalore at around 6.45 pm . No one came forward to help and resolve my problem . I own a Etios Liva and wanted to buy a new set of wipers coz someone had stolen it on the highway . It was rainy season too .The manager in the office just said we are closed for the day and to come tomorrow morning . It was probably just over 15mins of there closing time . We can't do anything he said . Very bad never had such an experience and the job was not very big . Probably was a job of 5-10 mins . Never expected this response from a Toyota service centre . I would rate (0/5) to #Lanson Toyota .
