I can say iam a loyal customer to Honda since 2017 after owing Hondacity. Unfortunately I met with an accident and car got hit badly but was lucky to be alive . This incident made me sentimental on buying the same car again as I was saved without even a single scratch. Alhamdulillah

Good place for a regular service.. It is a bit expensive, but I generally trust TVS group, so I am giving my car for regular service here for past 3 years.. Has a good air conditioned waiting hall with a coffee shop. You can also go to the service area and see your car undergoing service, if you ask your service advisor..
Sometimes, or rather most of the times they will pursue you to purchase some value added services & add ons like RSA or Motor care or AC Disinfectant, etc. It's a way to increase their sales, which will increase our service cost.. You must understand their real requirements and make a wise choice..

Poor service. No service protocol. They not even hear customer words. Not at all answer customer queries. Simply keep eye to pull money from customer. Service advisor Gnanavel is very worst. He treat the customer very bad.

A good service centre for Honda vehicles. I have seen even older models getting serviced. They have a good customer waiting area and even have a pantry with CCD coffee machine.

The only downside is that they are so popular that even on a working day it will be crowded so bear that in mind going there.

Staff is friendly and everything is digital so no paper work that you need to carry around for delivery.

Would recommend to every Honda car owner

Got my new Honda Amaze from sundaram Honda yesterday. Was about to get a different well known brand and all that changed in fraction of seconds when the sales executives arrived at my door with the new Amaze for a test drive which was a pleasant one.Special mention of Miss Divya and Mr.Velmurugan has to be made because they made the whole process simple without much hassle.
