MG Motor India - Service Center

Since MG new brand, FPL has has handpicked few talented persons from various other showrooms.. located in city part so u cant easily reach you there..

The service center is spacious and good. Location is bit far from the sales centers though. I went there for a small service like car wash only but still they treated me well. It was as if a full service. The SA was Praveen and he was excellent in customer treatment. A huge shout out for him. I showed him an old scratch on my car at the end of the day pickup and still they had patience to try polish it to remove.
Overall satisfied with this center.

Very very poor service and poor knowledge of their own brand MG Cars.
We brought MG Astor and not even driven for 2000 KM. But car started giving huge noise and lots of issues in sensor and mileage. When we approach the service centre, they saying it's new model so we need some time to clear the issues. And more over new car will drink huge petrol till 4 to 5 service. How it can be? I have spent 20L for this and they don't have any solution for my complaint.
Dear MG Manufacturers kindly give knowledge about the product before you launch it.
If the solution is not given properly then it's sure i will blow up my car in front of your showroom.
At the time of purchase they said 14 to 15 mileage and in service centre they said only 8 to 9 km mileage.
If we drive in some 70 to 80km speed they it may give mileage upto 12km. This is how they give solution for customers.
Iam again visiting this service centre for the final solution on 28:06:2022 let's see what they do.

Good service, pays attention to customer problems and solves it. so far I have done 3 service here completely satisfied.

Good customer service. Very Quick in Addressing Queries. Book your slots on My MG app so that you needn't wait longer.

Service area/location easily accessible. Prompt response by the service representative explained everything clearly. I am not sure why my rear AC vent is blowing hot air even with ac keep in manual at 23*c fan speed at 3. Cab someone let me if this is an issue or all MG vehicle has the same since it has not happened in neither of my previous vehicles.
Service and cleanliness was top notch except for the accessories section which was looking very outdated with lot of dust.

Very poor service . Given my MG hector car three days back for an unscheduled service , till now no call back or update on the vehicle . Been calling the service manager daily ( mr. Choudhary ) for an update , he says he ll call me in 5 mins , 10 mins , next day for an update but still so far no update …. Don’t even know whether they still have started work on my car or not… very very poor.

And I haven’t even started complaining about my regular problems with my car yet.
