NEXA (Ganesh Cars, Perumugai, Vellore)

Tbh the atmosphere in this place is AMAZING. it feels like a 5 star hotel and the hospitality is exceptionally good. All the staff are friendly and warm. Covid safety measures followed excellently. I was quite impressed. And ofc the cars are sleek and superior. Must visit. Best showroom in Vellore!

Premium center. One can have that premium feel. All parts, spares hospitality at extreme. Quality of Nexa products are extraordinary since it's a premium brand!!

My baleno vehicle given for 20k general service and informed problems at the time of service but not yet solved and simply using the word not avilable sir. I am from ctr, concern person informed me to deliver a vehicle around 3:30PM and after 2 hours waiting, delivered vehicle around 6PM.
Service cost was too high compare to metropolitian cities like hyderabad etc, and treating differently for other state customers. Unwantdly adding different items in billing, dont know why?
Ex. Lamon falvour thread around 60Rs, I thought it was complnetary but not yet.

Had a wonderful buying experience with these folks for my XL6. To start with, the response, timely delivery despite the lockdown, courteous staff, prompt response to all our calls and queries. It's truly surprising to see such a great service especially from a suzuki dealer. Keep up the good work folks. Need to mention their GM Mr.Rajadurai and Manager Teekaram.
