No proper response by employee,

I bought this my car 1 year ago, I have also complained many times, there is no hearing at the service center in the showroom, the color of my car is being blown away

Poorest service and never seen before any other company like Hyundai.
I came for 2nd key collection after 4 month o received the call but after spending 2 hours in your service centre. I don't get my car 2nd key and told me that the Key is not working.
No drinking no tea coffee in the service launge area.
Waste of time
Poorest management
Hopefully it would be improved in future 🙏
