Well the waiting lounge and the staff is very nice and very professional. They take care of you and your very professionally. Price of the service is also reasonable and experts over here try to co-operate as much as they can.
The only thing that irritates is the loop videos being played on the T.V screen in the waiting lounge it's a torture and to be honest it was so irritating for me. Though the screen also display the information regarding the service of your car and at what time it will be ready to pick that was something which was nice.
But other than that the staff will offer you complimentary tea and coffee and will also make one for you on your demand.
