Extremely bad behaviour and unprofessional attitude. False commitment for availability of car and refusal on delivery date inspite of full payment in advance. They use our money.. they Over billed us from the amount committed. Also, they were unable to get the insurance done on the date of delivery and asked us to take delivery without insurance...

Very rude and non responsive management.
Delivered a dirty dusty car and no rto acknowledgement even after 7 days of delivery. Their owner, gm and the sales person are highly unprofessional and rude.. they don't even have the courtesy to respond...

Buying a car from Sunshine Honda was a very bad experience. Mukesh ji uses the accessories of the local market for personal gain and by saying this he will put the company's accessories in the vehicles. Trying to get as much money as possible from the customer.
I recommended to customers don't buy car to Mukesh ji.

Bought a Honda Jazz recently. Paid the entire amount in advance.

They delayed the Insurance by a week.

They delayed the Registration by a month. A month! Not sure if that is even legal.

I kept making calls to expedite the process. But their agent Mukesh Saini, Manager Bhupesh and Owner Ankit, did not pay a heed.

With great difficulty, got the registration after a month.

Post that, they delayed the delivery of the number plate.

PU Leather Seat covers, which were a part of the deal remain undelivered even now.

100s of calls from my end, but they just don’t respond.

If you are looking to buy a Honda in Jaipur, chose another dealer, but not Sunshine! They are frauds. Beware.

The Worst Car distributor of Honda I should Say.
They are offering the worst service They have wasted my time and money both.
Honda is a great company but distributor like Sunshine honda making the company image negative.
They promised me the delivery of car on the date I want but they delayed for about 1.5months and at time of delivery they Given me the different color.
And after I gave up on color they didn't even provide me the services I wanted which they promised
Strongly Do not recommend Sunshine honda to buy car.
