Pinkcity Honda

There has been several bad experiences. Firstly they started my car warranty 4 months before I bought the vehicle. How can they make this blunder. The manager never picks up the phone.

On my first service one of the tire and alloy were damaged and after several phone conversations the tire and alloy was changed after 2 3 months.

Its better to get the service done from somewhere else if they can’t maintain the reputation.

If compare with sunshine honda service i am not at all satisfied with the service pinkcity honda is giving. I gave my car for just denting and painting, but now engine is showing red light and battery is having some issue as well...even petrol is very low in the car now... pathetic experience ...paint quality is not good..don't have an option of giving 0 star otherwise I would have given that..i will raise this issue with Honda cars India Ltd.

Service response zero. I have already book my honda amaze service 2 day ago but when I have came on the day of service we have got no response from service side. They told us only one man on duty and he is busy with other car service. We have sit almost 2 hours for waiting car service inspection.
Not prefer to service again here. Not any responsible person here to attend customers

Had sent my car for accidental repairs, at Pink City Honda, VKI, Mr. Subhash from accidental repair department is the most unprofessional..he neither responds on calls or give status updates on the car . Because of his negligence it took 18 days to complete the repair works, which could have been done by maximum 7 days .. even after that there was no apologies from him or others.. neither was the work done properly, I had to wait for more then 1 hour just to get it done personally!! People like Mr. Subhash will ruin reputation of such a old and trusted dealership !!

Honda authorised service centre, if money is doesn't actually matters to you then u cn go for it. Bcoz authorised service centre are always little expensive.

Arrogant staff..rude behavior.. don't do work properly..i suggest never ever go to pinkcity Honda VKI jaipur for your car service.

Very Poor Service. The dealers are only interested in making bills and dont want to do the work. Send my car for service, when it delivered back to my home, I found that it has not been washed properly and no cleaning was done. when this was informed to advisor, he ask to reduce Rs. 300/- of washing and make balance payment.

Not a place where you could expect a zero issue service experience.
Got my car serviced using the pick and drop service offered,
Next day, I had to take my car back to service center and stand there to get the work done that was requested.
Even the wash and after wash polish was not done properly.
