I have booked a Tiago XZAMT . My sales person is pramod ji. I asked him about possibilities of discounts on WhatsApp , he didn't reply . I called him after two days and he said that he already gave best discount. Second for loan , he said he can't tell anything bank will call, i received no call. I called to their customer care now to talk to someone they say they will call back but they didn't , continuously for 3 days. Now today , Mr. Pramod Came to pick the call to customer care desk and in the middle he HUNG UP THE CALL.
I have commitments in life so I can't go to the showroom very often and it is a big headache now.

Poor customer service. They don't value customer's time and never fulfill any promises related to delivery of vehicle. Kept me waiting unnecessary for the refund of booking amount.

Really Responsive staff, will be buying Nexon Ev from here.....this November:) ...

Bought Nexon and got it delivered a month ago. Everything happened during lockdown and we faced no issues. Special shoutout to Mr. Vikram, who helped us and coordinated as we live out of city. Also, Mr. Yash was really helpful whenever VikramJi was not available due to lockdown and also helped us with the test drive with a personal vehicle.

Some things were incomplete due to lockdown but we faced no issue even after sales. To add, service centre was really friendly during the first service too.

Overall, we were not sure to buy Tata due to bad reviews, but found it extremely good. I must say, Tata has improved a lot.
