Neat and clean . Should be bigger area considering a car showroom, selling various models at a time. Suggest a little more clarity of packages to customers regarding accessories included and not included with the deal. Knew only recently that it has become Novelty Tata, so have many Hope's of improvement under the iconic name Novelty.All the best.

Such a non professional staff they are having. They are only concerned with selling car but once sold they will even not respond back to your problems. Car was delivered without even a single drop of water in wipers, means they delivered car Altroz without inspection. When told they will simply say sorry. Number plate was said to be delivered within 4-5 days but even after 15 days number plates were not available. Mr. Love was called on Sunday i.e. 17.07.22 that whether I should come to get affixed the number plates and after his yes when I reached amigo showroom to get affixed number plates I was told that frames of number plates are not available since long and will be available after 4-5 days. When I tried to contact mr. Love to ask that why he called me on Sunday when number plates cannot be affixed, he did not bother to pick up call or call back. My advice to stay away from this showroom for purchase of tata cars as these unprofessional people will only imbalance your mental peace.

Highly unprofessional, After one month of car delivery Priyanka Kapoor sales demanding for Rs 25000.And reached at home without informing us and collected the cheque trickly. Very very bad. Ms Lovely Ahuja manager also sleeping and knowing nothing about her staff. Say no to this showroom. AG motors must have to take strict action against both of them.

Worst experience,Manager lovely Ahuja and sales person Priyanka kapoor both did fraud with us.they threatened my family member at our home and after one month demanded rs.25000 and forced for bank cheque and they got successful in their fraud.Guys be careful.

Very Poor service, Our RTO registration is pending from last 3.5 months. after three months they are informing us that the registration was cancelled due to some paperwork issues. and now after producing fresh documents, the registration incharge Mr. Lovdeep stopped picking our calls and no information is being given to us. Neither they are sharing the road tax recipts. I purchased it in the name of Dr. Nikita margam with reg no. pb02ej4074. Do needful ASAP.

Highly unprofessional. Promised me car delivery of 30 November but delivered me on dec 21. On delivery car glove box was broken which wasted our 3 hours of time. Never recommend this. Instead buy from Jalandhar or Ludhiana.

They never deliver car on promised date. Will prolong delivery by 1 month. Break their promises. When I booked car, they said they couldn't find the car in transit. How unprofessional
