wrost experience I had, came here 5 days back as the tyre got burst. Thank god the car was not running or it could have cause some mishapp. And the wrost part is the staff if not responsible even a bit kept me waiting for 5 days and now they saying goodyear denied which could have been done on realtime. You can imagine I had to update review from 5 stars to 0 star I wanted from past 3 experience within 2 months

My experience with PMG TATA Mohali was extremely negative and unprofessional. The timelines provided for the repairs and maintenance were incorrect and caused me a lot of inconvenience. I had the worst experience with the store manager, who was not only unprofessional but also rude. I wonder why he was even interacting with me. Worst experience ever. They are cheating people and are not fulfilling their commitments. Not recommended for the purchase or service.

I visited the service centre with an issue of noise in my car. The service team is so co-operative. They took the car cor road test thrice and only after they themselves were satisfied, they handed me car back and issue was resolved. Many complaint that it takes a lot of time. Yes, the process does take time but I believe with rush of whole of mohali and kharar, the time taken is understandable.

Quality of vehicle service and customer service gone down a lot. One of the worst experience till now. Paid service is marked as free service in the TSMC app, so you can’t give feedback there. No resolution provided for the issues pointed out. Moving out to another service station from next scheduled service of my vehicle.

Worst experience ever in this centre of tata Ill explain you why I'm saying this.

I was at nangal that is 100 km away from the mohali centre and I called them for the insurance renewal and they said over the call plz come and we will do it and then I drive within 2 hours and then when I came here they provided me the number for a outsider person and asked me to deal them directly.. my concern is if I have to talk to a outsider person for the insurance then what was the need to come here by wasting my time and here the madam PAVNEET she behaved rudely and didn't even care that a person comes from a long way. Big no to this service centre as they are not customer centric.

I bought Tata Safari from PMG motors and it was a great buying experience. I own the vehicle since Dec 2021 and went for couple of services as well. The advisor helped me with every problem I faced within the vehicle and resolved it.

Exhausting worst to worst experience. it my experience to everyone not to visited there for services. They are destroying the brand name of TATA.

Totally not worth it to pay or stay there. It was our car's paid service, so representative at agency said that service process made us wait from 11:00 am till 4:00 pm as they send cars outside to get washed.
Coming for earliest possible service appointment around 10:30 am in morning and getting car in 7:00 pm, morever without completed the service, i.e. Air filter needs to be replaced but they doesn't having the parts and they doesnt having the electronic gazzate for repair the electronic malfunctioning the car. it does not work for long term business. This will definately make customers to switch to local dealers for services or other car related stuff.
They charged for everything they did and even for the discount they sold us *gold membership* of some card.
At the time of selling car they are good and polite but later not at all professional.
