Experience after 2months:
After sale service is the worst. According to them after they handover u the vehicle they don't have anything to do with the issue. Especially Mr Pradeep doesn't know how to behave. He uses slang,behave very rudely,doesnt have any manner. He literally threaten people like he is the boss of the showroom. Overall very very very bad aftersale service exp.

Buying exp:
Overall good experience.timely and smooth delivery process.Not needed to go and ask the status.Especially sales person *Sipun* was helpful and cooperative during the journey.Thanks to him for tolerating me😉.He gave all the needful status and information over call and WhatsApp. I hope they can think about some gifts in the upcoming days 😊

Worst experience ..
Visited to book a Nexon XZA plus but when I visited the showroom the response was very poor. When I asked for test drive they suggest me to test drive a punch in place of Nexon ..To this I replied when I am going to buy a nexon why do I test drive punch ??? One of the sales guy told me we have a nexon of a customer u can test drive that with in our campus (which was about 200mtr of space ),No one bothers about the customer there. Following which I was completely disheartened and dropped the plan to buy Nexon. Thnx TATA for such a wonderful experience in your this show room (Earlier heard a lot of praise about Monalisa motors but in reality it seems to false only ). I am a proud owner of Tata vehicle for last 8yrs . Thnx for breaking my trust . This lead me to book a KIA vehicle instead .

Don't be so careless towards your customer.

Monalisa Motor is a good service provider but they are charging more than they expect. I don’t think it’s for everyone.
