Central Kia Angul

It is the only one showroom at angul out of 3 showrooms by Central KIA in odisha. Very compact and nicely assembled showroom in one place with adequate no. of staffs. It offers both sales and service by KIA Motors.

I visited the showroom yesterday(10/09/20) to inquiry about the new kia sonet is about to launch. I met Mr.Sudhir ku Pradhan sales representive of kia motors. And i must say they dont know to behave with customers. The way he was explaning things i think he dont want to sell his cars. The sales teams is worst , now i doubt that if i purchase that car what kind of behaviour they may show during servicing. the car may be good but the staffs isnt.

WORLD CLASS PRODUCTS ARE OFFERED BY KIA MOTORS . Their are 2 models are currently offered for sell now one is KIA SELTOS other one is KIA SONNET , Both are fully loaded with technology . However the infrastructure n service need to b developed . Product satisfaction is 10/10 but service offered is 5/10 . Staffs need to be trained to provide service at reasonable span of time .

A very good dealership with skilled staff. Both salse and services department offer excellent customer service with discipline.

The staffs behaviour are good. Although they are new to this field & taking their time for servicing, but you will get best service.

But keep in your mind some Kia cars you will buy have to wait for 4-6 months. That's the only disadvantage here

A nice showroom with service center in angul dist...staff behaviour towards costumer is excellent and they know the proper behaviour to serve a costumer.

Staff behaviour skill superb. They only provide service if any accidental case then they send it to Bhubaneswar. Infrastructure quite less as compare to others .

Hav been calling them since a couple of days. Initially no response. Then after 4 days some one received and told they will call me back. Never received a call, even after I followed up again. This was supposed to be a pre sales booking call. Now I am having 2nd thot about going with KIA.
