Very good showroom. Staffs are very friendly and well behaved. Neat and Clean place. Free parking in front of the showroom. New cars lunched on the same date of pan India lunch.

I have a very excellent experience with renault bbsr north. I would like to mention about one person mr RAJESH KUMAR ROUT,who is a great salesperson and also very nice person,he kept all my request regarding the car and deliverd my car at right time.He even put alot of effort in getting my car registered and number plate delivered within a day.
Atleast its my pleasure to be a part of renault family.
I wish renault bbsr north all the wishes for future.

Being a doctor i regularly updated by chinku ranjan behera through whts app from reciving to delivery about my car otherwise i am unable to know about the progress.... And more over unexpectedly i m getting my vehicle so early beyond my expectations.. And behavior n cordination is excellent.... Completly satisfied by the service 🙏 thanks a lot

During my 1st Service, I complained about Mud issue in rear Light panel and dust mud also in 4 doors. They assured to fix it soon, as those issue related parts were not available then. Later over phone they confirmed that part is available now, please fix it soon. Parts is completely free of cost, as its a manufacturing issue. But during my this service, They fixed the issue by fitting 2 mudguards in rear area and charged me for the same. I demanded to make it free, but they took Rs.740/- for the parts. Look into the issue.

Good Customer Service and the process from booking till delivery went pretty smoothly!!

It was a wholesome experience for me and my whole family. Loved the way employees approched and dealt with us. Although we took a "kiger" but learnt a lot about other models of "RENAULT". Staffs and leads were coperative , their friendly behavior is really impressive. Thanks to the whole RENAULT.
