I went to Nissan showroom as I went to see magnite....but it was not there......I got a eye on Nissan kicks........it was really a huge car.....the advisor came to me and he explained in very nice manner which is easily understandable...........

A very bad experience, jahnvi Nissan has gone way beyond in bad servicing,first they play on your insecurities,then even the good things in your car they want to replace while what you want them to change they won't do,all the time trying to rob u of ur money and charging u ridiculously high charge for normal stopover maintenance.the horrible service centre they have in Bhubaneswar the labor charge is Rs 4200/- for just changing spare parts.And yes after robbing u,of fuel money and time and keeping u hungry post lunch while all there staff had nice lunch in hypoglycemic stage they want u to sign on feedback form,they themselves will fill that up.please Nissan India if you are there,wake up otherwise this stupid dealership will cost you good customers in state of odisha 😠.They deserve negative ratings and don't believe the 5 star ratings in the review.these have been given by their employees. Mr Malaya Kumar Nayak to name one.He was my customer service guide who has given review here. You don't feel confident giving ur vehicle here.It may come off worse after paying them a ton of money.Ludricous freaks they are😡😡

Worst experience. I had given my Nissan Sunny for repairing. At the time of delivery, I saw my two front tyres were replaced by damaged tyres. Such types of attitudes never seen anywhere. They donot have skilled mechanics. They only loot people. I have been cheated by them. Managers and staffs are unprofessional. Too bad experience

Worst experience ever. I made a huge mistake that I purchased a car form here. They changed my name in my RC card and it's been 5 months the dealer couldn't correct it. Every time i called them they are making a new excuse. Because of this negligence I am facing many problems while driving on road. Totally disappointed with their services.
I will not recommend anyone to buy car from here. The staffs are just useless. 😤
