Need to improve for customer satisfaction for services. OCL management to focus on good and fair co-ordination between staff and customers. All services should be fair not hidden for small money.

Very very bad service and not delivered timely... Only car wash and normal check up take 4.5 hrs... I deposit my vehicle for 1st service in 11:45 AM and the authority write 3PM for delivery but after argument I got my vehicle after 4:30PM and not properly washed.. Around 230 km journey for this bad service..

Guys don't buy from here. Fraud liars are only there. On the name of service they will only cheat you. For them this is the source of income by fooling customer. I had purchased Creta 2021 last year and now I am regretting. So save yourself.
