This is the worst TATA Service Center in Bhubaneswar. Their staff replaced parts when I took my new vehicle for servicing. It was a horrible experience. Even I complained to their management and TATA Motors senior management.

The undersigned exchanged a NANO CX model and bought a New Nano GenX - XT on 14/6/15. As claimed by them Registration is compulsorily to be done through them. Regret to say inspite of repeated phone calls and numerous follow ups, we did not get any confirmation about our number till 20/7/15 although they charge a premium of about Rs 1500 extra for this service.

Even after a month of purchasing the car, their sales department kept on querying us if we were still interested in purchasing the new Nano. Classic case of inter-departmental co-ordination.

Best part is they forcefully request you to grade them at 10 for any queries from TATA MOTORS

A worst tata motors dealer ever.i don't know why tata motors gave dealership to such type of company.there service was very worst service ever.this company cheat many costumer.there service was bad and also they don't provide all facilities during delivery.if there have below 1 star in this option i will give it..

Service Associates don't value customer's time. Just an average level of service provided. Mr Susant is a service associate with whom I have dealt recently and experience is pathetic. He invites customers for verbal duel to prove his manipulated statements to be original and true.

Always serving best performance for his customers satisfaction...

Very poor service.The very next day of service my car got problem in Engine as coolant got spilled of.So,it is definitely their mistake,but they explained something irrelevant to pass the fault to driver.They also won't value customer feedback and time.It is wise not to visit Swapna Motors.Hope Tata Motors will take action against it,to keep it's reputation intact.

There's no swapna motors. Please don't go there. 3 years ago there was a TATA based agency named as swapna motors. Now-a-days there is another godawn is present.

Polite staff, but very laidback. Don't have any urgency or desire to sale cars. Its like if a customer is interested to do business with them, then its their fault they have this interest. You will be following up with them for updates. Better to go for some other dealership.
