Serious Cheaters . Avoid at any cost

Avoid the dealership at any cost. Better to go to their Head Dealership at Pahala. The executives here does not know the basic answers to questions related to car. Don.t know how to deal with customer. As a premium Honda buyer you expect a premium service from them since the cars are normally over 10 lakhs but they don't have any basic accessories and if u ask them questions related to that they will say it is available at the head office. From everything starting from a basic sales invoice to accessories they will divert you to their head office. It is not a showroom rather is is a small shop established only to deliver the vehicles. If you are a first car buyer you may not know the difference but if you have multiple car owner you will know how you are cheated here. I recently bought a Honda city from them and I didn.t get the accessories and my final booked car price has been increased at the time of delivery . What I was promised at the time of booking the car. The seat cover they fitted was not proper ( cheap after market) and I had to bang my head during delivery .

The sales person was a cheater and finalised my car price as 985000 at time of booking but hiked the price by 7000 at the time of delivery and said I will be get a refund of 7000 with in one month. now the sales person is not picking the phone.
At the time of delivery you expect a premium experience like getting a Sweet box or a Cake atleast . They will provide you a cheap 100rs cadbury celebration packet ( Mind you you are purchasing a 12lakhs car not a basic car) . My Gosh.....They will only intended to get the money after you transfer the money you are cheated …..

My advice to people
1. Try with other dealership
2. If you are getting the car from here get the final negotiated price stamped and signed by the dealership
3. Try to get your car delivered at the Main Branch at Pahala not from here
4. Get all the accessories list in details like OEM make or cheap after market in writing.
5. Get everything first then Pay.

I have given a complain by phone with the executive if my request is not resolved I will be writing an Email to Honda India even Honda Global CEO

Good service centre. young but medium level knowledge of actual servicing people. Honest workers, geniune cost for servicing. automatic washing machine available. Dhiren Kumar is very polite, expert and helping service advisor.
